We want you to feel confident shopping with Granted Solutions. If something is not right, contact us and we will help you through the return process.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging when possible. Any included accessories, manuals, tags, and parts must also be returned. Proof of purchase is required.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

Email andre@thegrantedsolutions.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Granted Solutions will cover the approved return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, opened or used personal-care and hygiene items, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, and items clearly marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original eligible item and place a new order for the preferred item.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that period, an order may already be processing or shipped and cancellation may not be possible.
